SHIPPING POLICY
Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.
DELIVERY TIMES
Update: Due to COVID-19 and the challenging nature of shipping during a global pandemic, you may expect delays in your order and Homie SF cannot guarantee packages once they leave our facility.
Homie SF takes pride in shipping timely. Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Mistakes made by USPS
Wrong addresses given by customers (if this happens, please send us an email with the correct address as soon as possible) Damage to orders by postal service during shipping PO box issues Stolen packages after delivery (we recommend signing up for text messages about delivery and/or contacting local law enforcement to report stolen packages) If you have a specific question concerning your shipment, please contact us at info@homiesf.com and provide your order number.
LOCAL PICKUP OPTION
If you would like to pickup your order locally, you may pickup your items at Handmade in CA at the Stonestown Galleria, once you receive an email that your order is ready for pickup. Please arrive at Handmade in CA with your order confirmation and ID, so that they may identify you for pickup.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Items are shipped after processing (3-4 business days). In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. If you selected local pickup, you will receive an email that your order is ready for pickup.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we are not open to International orders yet and are only shipping to U.S. addresses. If you would like to ship to another country, please inquire by email at info@homiesf.com before placing an order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
After placing your order, you will have 24 hours from the time of placement to cancel. You must email info@homiesf.com and receive confirmation in writing to obtain a refund.
TERMINATION POLICY
Homie SF reserves the right to cancel any transaction at any time for any reason. You will be notified of this decision via email.
