Returns & Refunds

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.

EXCHANGES:
We do not currently conduct exchanges for online product orders.

REFUNDS:
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at info@homiesf.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will happily help you. The product must be returned in new condition and we will confirm if it is not damaged. Please try to keep the original packaging when returning your products. All return postage and fees must be paid by the customer, and please properly package the product to ensure that it will not be damaged during transit.

DAMAGED GOODS:
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at info@homiesf.com within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged good and, you must save all contents and wrappings as evidence for the shipping provider to inspect in response to your claim. Once notified, we will also submit a claim with our insurance and replace the damaged good.

DEFECTS:
We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product 3-4 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at info@homiesf.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question to open up a conversation on how we can make this right.
